In short

BlindYatzy collects no data and transmits nothing. The app contains no networking code, no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and embeds no third-party services.

What the app stores

• the game currently in progress,
• the history of finished games,
• your light or dark appearance preference.

This is kept only on your device, inside the app's protected storage. It never leaves the device and is not visible to us. No personal data is involved: no name, e-mail address, location, contacts or device identifiers are processed.

What the app does not do

• no connection to any server, not even in the background,
• no accounts, no sign-in, no passwords,
• no advertising and no in-app purchases,
• no analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools,
• no third-party libraries or SDKs.

iCloud backup

If you back up your device, the app's storage may be part of that backup. The backup lives in your Apple account and is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Deletion

Deleting the app removes all stored games completely. No deletion request is needed, because we hold no data about you.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act and, if you live in the EU, under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data. Since the app processes no personal data, these rights have nothing to act upon here. We are happy to answer questions at the address above.

Changes

If the app's functionality changes, this policy will be updated along with the date shown above.
